Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021 pada Kondisi Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 dengan Tatanan Normal Baru

Dalam rangka memasuki Tahun Ajaran Baru 2020/2021 pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 dan memperhatikan Surat Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Surabaya Nomor 800/11818/436.7.1/2020 tanggal 10 Juli 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Pmebelajaran Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021 pada Kondisi Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 dengan Tatanan Normal Baru, maka berdasarkan:

1. Peraturan Walikota Surabaya Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Tatanan Normal baru pada Kondisi Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di Kota Surabaya;
2. Keputusan Bersama Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Menteri Agama, Menteri Kesehatan, dan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 01/KB/2020, Nomor 516 Tahun 2020, Nomor HK. 03.01/Menkes/363/2020, Nomor 440-882 tentang panduan Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran pada Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021 dan tahun Akademik 2020/2021 di masa Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19);
3. Kalender Pendidikan tahun Ajaran baru 2020/2021;

sebagaimana hal tersebut disampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut.

1. Tahun Ajaran 2020-2021 dimulai tanggal 13 juli 2020
2. Seluruh satuan Pendidikan di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan kota Surabaya wajib melakukan pembelajaran secara daring dan dilarang melakukan proses pembelajaran tatap muka disatuan pendidikan termasuk kegiatan Layanan Orienstasi Siswa (LOS)/ Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS) dan tetap melanjutkan kegiatan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR);
3. Siswa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dari rumah (BDR) sampai ada rekomendasi dari Gugus Tugas Covid-19 yang mengijinkan untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara tatap muka di Sekolah/Lembaga Pendidikan;
4. Jika terdapat warga satuan pendidikan yang memiliki gejala umum seperti suhu badan lebih dari 37,3 derajat celcius, sakit tenggorokan, dan/atau pilek maka diperintahkan melaksanakan tugas kedinasan dari rumah (WFH);
5. Jika terdapat orang yang serumahh dengan warga satuan pendidikan teridentifikasi gejala COVID-19, maka tim kesehatan satuan pendidikan

• Melaporkan kepada kepala satuan pendidikan;
• meminta warga satuan pendidikan tersebut untuk melakukan isolasi mandiri selama 14 (empat belas) hari;

In order to enter the New Academic Year 2020/2021 in the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic and pay attention to the Letter of the Head of the Surabaya City Education Office Number 800/11818 / 436.7.1 / 2020 dated July 10, 2020 regarding the Implementation of the Academic Year 2020-2021 in the Corona Virus Pandemic Conditions Disease 2019 with the New Normal Order, then based on:



Surabaya Mayor Regulation Number 28 Year 2020 concerning the Guidelines for the New Normal Order in the Conditions of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the City of Surabaya;
Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health, and Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01 / KB / 2020, Number 516 of 2020, Number HK. 03.01 / Menkes / 363/2020, Number 440-882 concerning guidelines for Organizing Learning in the Academic Year 2020-2021 and the Academic year 2020/2021 during the Pandemic Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19);
New Academic Year Education Calendar 2020/2021;


as mentioned the following matters.

1. Academic Year 2020-2021 starts on July 13, 2020
2. All Education units in the Surabaya City Education Office are required to conduct online learning and are prohibited from conducting face-to-face learning in educational units including Student Orientation Services (LOS) / School Environment Introduction Periods (MPLS) and continuing Learning From Home (BDR) activities;
3. Students carry out the learning process from home (BDR) until there is a recommendation from the Covid-19 Task Force that allows for face-to-face learning in Schools / Educational Institutions;
4. If there are residents of the education unit who have general symptoms such as body temperature over 37.3 degrees Celsius, sore throat, and / or runny nose then are instructed to carry out official duties from home (WFH);
5. If there are people who are homemakers with residents of the education unit the symptoms of COVID-19 are identified, then the education unit's health team

• Report to the head of the education unit;
• asking the residents of the education unit to carry out independent isolation for 14 (fourteen) days;
• Thus to be attentive.
